AV Erosion is a program to simulate soil erosion on fields and agricultural areas. It has been developed within the scope of the research project VERSTOLA for the ministery of agriculture of Thüringen (East Germany) and contains functions as the following:

• Simulation of soil erosion
  Gros erosion after the models RUSLE, USLE & MUSLE87
  
  
• Simulation of the mass balance
  Sedimentation or net erosion like lowering of soil profiles
  
  
• Sustainable soil use
  CPmax-values and limits that are just tolerable for sustainable land use

AV EROSION is seamlessly intergrated in ArcView and may be used free of charge for any purposes. Sample studies of users can be found in the documents section. User studies >>
